Hey, I’m Christina

I’ve always been drawn to walking alongside people as they go through transformative times in their lives. I believe that, if we can tune in, there is so much knowledge to be found in what we experience. I’d love to support you in digging deeper to explore and celebrate your potential and bring your goals to fruition.

I’ve been interested in all things birth since I can remember! The perinatal period is a time of huge transformation for parents and the new family should be supported and celebrated during that time. I use my passion for doula-ing to fill in the gaps in your care that our current medical care system may leave open. I am trained in Music Therapy Assisted Childbirth through Soundbirthing Music and as a full spectrum doula through The Birthworker Academy.

For the past 4 years, I have been providing both individual and group music therapy services. My main passion is to support those who struggle with mental health challenges. I have also worked in hospice, memory care, special education settings, post-stroke rehabilitation, and hospitals. I received my bachelor’s in music therapy from Shenandoah University and became a board-certified music therapist through CBMT in 2019.
